I express myself with sandstones whose diversity of colors and textures I explore. Searching for shapes, enamels, materials, decorations, I have to move forward with all this so much I wouldn't want to exclude anything from the diversity of approaches. Whether the pieces are utilitarian or serve a purely artistic purpose, I am aware that the same aesthetic and sensitive thread links all these fields of expression. Each feeds the others and it is not uncommon for me to exhibit them at the same time, in order to put them in perspective. The culinary pieces are inspired by the art of living in Japan, unique pieces, or small series in which each object has its own identity. The vases, unique pieces, are often treated like sculptures. At the same time, I develop artistic projects, in the form of earthenware installations, sometimes in collaboration, which allow me to explore more intimate themes.
